Colleen Anderson: Colleen's accounting degree and management background keeps it "by the numbers." While the creative results are usually the most noticed portion of any marketing campaign, it's the "numbers" that solidify its continued success. Colleen oversees all value added and marketing negotiations to ensure that the client receives the very best in GRP's, CPP's, Reach, Frequency, and Extra Value for their marketing dollars spent. Her 35 year career includes an extensive radio background and a position as Regional Manager over two television stations. Colleen has maintained the balance between innovative ideas and fiscal responsibility, which translates into success for our clients.
Rod Wilson: Rod's extensive education in Journalism and Public Relations has been rewarding clients with memorable Television, Radio, and Print marketing campaigns for over 25 years. His supply of fresh ideas and commitment to cutting-edge technology keeps our clients ahead of their competitors. Rod leads our media production team and is extremely excited about our media production house. Just ask him!
Terry Amsbaugh: Marketing and Business Management has provided him with the tools and knowledge to be successful in Television Sales and Marketing for over 25 years. Al Amsbaugh, Account Executive: For several years, Allan had been “whipping up” day to day operations in the hospitality field as a restaurant manager. Kris Vendsel, Creative Director: For nearly 15 years, Kris Vendsel has successfully produced commercials for clients looking for that "edge" in the business world. Writing for a full-service firm has allowed Kris to keep the "big picture" in mind by creating copy that crosses print, radio, television and web for a complete marketing plan that will enhance your business.
Bob Lindee, Senior Editor/Producer: Robert Lindee has been promoted to Senior Videographer and Producer. Lindee has been with Results Unlimited for 2.5 years as a videographer and producer. Lindee, along with co-producer John Gorman, was recently honored with an Emmy® Award for his work on the “Breath of Heaven, Life of Hell” longer-length video project for the West Fargo Police Department. Lindee has experience working in the Los Angeles and Minneapolis markets, and his creative eye and attention to detail helps the Results Unlimited team create superior video productions for their clients.
John Gorman, Producer/Copywriter: An Emmy® Award-winning producer, John brings with him 10 years of production and writing experience. John's talents include not only writing and producing for both television and print, but also show research and coordinating.
He has worked throughout the U.S. in the Los Angeles, Colorado Springs, Minneapolis and Bismarck TV markets for various programs that have aired on CBS, FOX, NBC, Lifetime Television and PAX TV. John’s past creative work has also earned him an impressive 10 ADDY awards, an award from the North Dakota Broadcasters Association and most recently multiple Telly awards for his commercial work.
Joel Dennis, Editor/Video Producer: Following a successful collegiate career at Minot State University and numerous student ADDY awards, Joel Dennis joined Results Unlimited in Minot as a graphic designer in 2005 where he quickly gained the attention of his peers for his outstanding work ethic and positive outlook when it came to handling numerous client projects.
Quickly rising through the ranks, Dennis was soon given the opportunity to develop his talents even more when he accepted a position within the Results Unlimited video production department in 2006 as both a photographer and video editor. With a talented eye for design and composition, Joel’s ability to take a project from script and bring it to life on-screen is a testament to both his creative abilities and willingness to absorb new technologies and ideas, making him a valuable member of the creative team.
Corey Metzger, Videographer: Corey is a photographer’s photographer. He has long had an interest in photography, but really started to develop it in college. He’s a 1996 graduate of Shanley High School in Fargo, and graduated from NDSU in Fargo in 2002. Corey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Speech Communications. Corey’s first venture into the communications world as a professional was at WDAY Television, in Fargo, where he first worked as camera operator and production assistant for television newscasts, then as a photographer in the newsroom. He quickly developed into one of the stations top, “go to” photographers. In January of 2005 Corey accepted a job as staff photographer at WATE television in Knoxville, Tennessee. While there he continued to produce award winning news stories. But the call of North Dakota lured him back. He says he wanted to be closer to his family and friends. And when the opportunity to return to the state, this time not working in news, but in a different area of the communications field developed---one that would allow him to further explore his profession---he jumped at the chance. Corey joined Results Unlimited in Minot, as a photographer and editor November of 2006. On a personal note, Corey counts as his hobbies, the outdoors, sports and music.
Jason Meidinger , Editor/Video Producer: Jason as joined the Results Unlimited staff as an Editor and Video Producer. An award-winning producer, Meidinger’s work has been seen on the Today Show and the Travel Channel. A video producer with experience in the Minneapolis and Fargo markets, Meidinger will be heading the Fargo department of the Results Unlimited production staff.
Graphic Design / Web Design
Michelle Fortenberry, Art Director/Webmaster: When your company desires creativity...don't settle for second best when we have the best! Michelle, orginally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, comes to Results Unlimited from working at top agencies in Denver, Colorado and Indianapolis Indiana. Bringing a list of graphic design and web design awards with her, she's is ready to provide you the final marketing ingredient your business needs to complete the tasteful result you've been craving. Michelle has over 13 years of print and web design experience, a multi-tasking work ethic, and the ability to deal with marketing's highly demanding needs. She's able to present and deliver any degree of artwork your business needs.
Amanda Staggs, Assistant Art Director: Before joining Results Unlimited, this award winning graphic artist did freelance work along with various web design internships that have developed her ability to create eye-catching ads and art pieces. She also designed posters and promotional pieces for full-length feature films such as Van Hook. Amanda has the strong team-player attitude and the will to take on projects of any size.
Kelli Rufus, Senior Graphic Designer: Kelli injects creativity and fresh ideas that definitely spice up our print production team. With her imaginative touch and ability to work with you to surmount any request, she has the tools to design eye-catching projects that your company needs to rise above the competition. If you want original, fresh appeal, Kelli will make it happen! Kelli's award winning designs have proven she has the creativity to take any print peice to the next level!
David Eide , Graphic Designer: David is an award winning artist and designer with over six years of design experience both professionally and through freelance work, and is the newest member of the Results Graphic Design team. He has the right creative imagination and enthusiasm to help develop all your company’s promotional materials. You can count on him to take your ideas and shape them into successful campaigns.
Rick Heit, Production Graphic Designer: Rick came to us as an intern. But with excellent performances, his ability to learn quickly and willingness to take on any project, it soon became apparent that he was too valuable to let loose and works with the Graphic Design department as well as in Video Production.
He recently received degrees in Public Relations and Advertising as well as Business Management from Minot State University. While there, he designed an acclaimed recruitment video for the MSU broadcasting department.
Graphic design and video editing have been Rick’s passions since he was 10 years old. He is excited to use that expertise to make sure that your company stands out and gets noticed.
Eric Buchmann, Web Developer/Graphic Designer: When he’s not hitting the books at Minot State University, Results Unlimited’s newest team member Eric Buchmann is busy building and creating the kind of eye catching internet sites that drive customers to our client’s web pages.
Originally from Beulah, ND Buchmann has a background in Art & Graphic Design along with Computer Science and an eye for what makes a web site truly stand apart from the rest! His web development and coding skills are the “nuts and bolts” that lay the foundation for successful web designs. That and an artistic eye only help to further impress clients looking for the perfect web page!
Media Buying / Research & Marketing
Kari Block, Chief Media Buyer: Using her experience obtained at a NBC affiliate and through the STRATA buying system, she brings to Results Unlimited over 12 years of experience in media traffic and buying. She determines the reach, frequency, and cost-per-point of each buy, taking the guesswork out of your media purchases.
Sharon Walker, Research & Marketing: Sharon, our numbers gal, holds a masters degree in mathematics education with a minor in statistics. She heads ups our Research & Marketing division, a new department designed to increase Results Unlimited’s ability to offer support to media campaigns. Research into demographics, competitors, contacts, as well as, campaign-specific information helps to provide a background used to design your campaign. This background information allows us to help you reach your customers with better planning and perspective. This department also covers your grant writing needs. We are excited to offer this service to help our clients seek funding they need to expand and improve their businesses and non-profits.
Administration
Jayme Burkhart, Office Manager / Account Manager: Jayme has been with Results Unlimited for seven years and understands the marketing business in every aspect! With experience in Electronic & Print Media Buying, Accounting, Sales and Project Management, she can help you with any question that you may have. Jayme is responsible for making sure that each project is done on time and to her client's satisfaction. Her great attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task allow her to stay on top of all projects from beginning to end!
Nicole A. Welle Nere, Fargo Office Manager / Account Manager: With a diverse background and a degree in marketing and public relations from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, Nicole understands the importance of every aspect of an account. She’s a partner with the client every step of the way to create a successful and creative campaign. Her strong drive to succeed and get it right ensures that she’ll care as much about your business as you do. Nicole will handle your ideas, needs, questions, and concerns with the attention to detail that you deserve.
Natasha Sandberg, Account Manager: Natasha joins Results as a new business graduate from the University of North Dakota where she earned a bachelors degree in Marketing & Management. While at UND Natasha took part in many activities and internships that allowed her to gain valuable knowledge and hands-on marketing experience that will allow clients to yield the Results they expect! Natasha is enthused to be working for a great and growing company and excited to put her skills to work for you!
Sara Halverson, Comptroller: Sara Joined the Results Unlimited team in the fall of 2006. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management at Minot State University in the spring of 2006. Sara started in our billing department and after one year with Results Unlimited, was promoted to our comptroller position. Her love for numbers combined with her knowledge in accounting and management and the rest of the wonderful accounting team, is just what Results Unlimited needs to get the job done.
Karen Bernsdorf, Accounting: When it comes to making sure your advertising dollar has been properly placed according to your media buy, Karen has it covered. Her extreme organizational skills combined with her accounting knowledge ensure that every cent of your electronic and print budgets ran according to schedule. Karen brings to Results Unlimited years of experience in accounting, public relations administration and her upbeat personality!
